Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This policy covers any recurring, deferred, or installment purchase options available through our store.
Products sold on this store
Little Wolves LLC sells physical products — potty trays, pee pads, and related supplies for dog breeders — as one-time purchases. We do not currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or recurring billing through this Shopify store.
Payment plans (Shop Pay Installments / Affirm)
If you choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout, you enter into a financing agreement with Affirm (Shopify’s installment partner), not directly with Little Wolves LLC. To manage, modify, or cancel an installment plan:
- Log into your Shop Pay account at shop.app, or
- Contact Affirm support at affirm.com/help
Cancelling an installment plan does not cancel your order or return the product. To return a product, see our Return and Refund Policy.
WhelpDesk subscription (sold separately)
WhelpDesk, our dog-breeding management software, is sold separately at whelpdesk.littlewolves.com and is not part of this Shopify store. If you are a WhelpDesk subscriber:
- Cancel anytime from your account settings at whelpdesk.littlewolves.com
- Or email woof@whelpdesk.com
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until that date
- Partial billing periods are not refunded unless required by law
