Potty Tray Warranty
Every Little Wolves Potty Tray has a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Seconds trays are covered the same way as new ones.
What's covered
- A weld on the grate breaks
- The grate fails
- The plastic base pan cracks
If one of these happens, we replace the part or the tray. You don't need to ship anything back.
How to make a claim
Email a photo of the problem and your order number to info@littlewolves.com. We're a small team and we answer our own email.
Something arrived damaged?
Don't box anything up. Email a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll send a replacement. You don't need to ship anything back.
Need the other gap size?
That's an exchange, not a warranty claim. Email us, clean the tray and pack it back in its original box, and we'll send a prepaid return label. We ship the trays you want once you've dropped off the return.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Seconds trays can't be returned for a change of mind, but they carry the same 3-year warranty. The details are in our refund policy.
