We ordered this in anticipation of brining home a puppy and has been great to have for easy indoor access. We were successful in training our puppy to use it. It is a good quality product, easy to clean, and very useful to have in the house. Definitely glad we ordered it!
We have a Shih Tzu puppy that needs to be alone for several hours during the day. We purchased the small gap tray. It was a bit of a learning curve, for her and for us, but once she got the hang of it, it's been an amazing experience. I contacted customer support about some tips to get her to use it in the first place, and they were wonderful to work with. She uses it during the night, and during the day when she is alone, and has even started going into her play pen area, where the tray is, to potty when she is out in the house playing with us. I highly recommend! The tray is great, and the customer service is even better!
I have purchased quite a few of these trays. The quality can’t be beat! I love that the trays are locked into position and naughty pups can’t pull out the potty pads. Helps keep my whelping boxes and puppy playpens clean. VERY easy to clean too!
The pads that come with this product are incredible! They’re so absorbent way better than any other pads I’ve tried before.

I have the medium size for one mini Berniedoodle, under 15lbs and could honestly use the large. If you want this for your puppy litters I suggest having a minimum of two for a small litter.

What Size Animal Can I use This Tray With?
For the poop to be able to fall through the grate, we recommend the animal be 3 pounds - 15 pounds. For animals under 3 pounds, please reach out to us by email for a modification. For animails above 15 pounds, pet owner will mostly likely need to pick up poop that sits on top of grate. The grate has been tested to hold up to 80 lbs. of weight.
What Is The Best Way To Clean Grate & Tray?
Clean daily with multisurface cleaning spray with paper towel. For deep cleaning use dish soap and warm water.
